1. 2-3 posts will be designed per day.(may be less or more depending on package)
  2. The service will be closed on Friday during the week.
  3. Service will be closed on special days.
  4. To prepare a banner for a special day must be informed 3 days in advance.
  5. In case of creation of new banner, the banner requirements must be delivered by 2 pm otherwise the banner will be delivered the next day.
  6. If is there any correction in the banner, you have to informed us before 4:30 PM or you will get the corrected banner the next day.
  7. Our designer needs 2 to 3 hours to make a banner. Because our designers are involved in multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Bills to be paid in advance between 1st-5th of every month as per package.
  9. Bill of package should be paid through our required Payment Method . (Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, Physical payment at our office)
  10. Charges will be applicable for mobile banking payments methods above Tk 2000.
  11. To cancel the package, should be informed between 1st-5th of the month. And half payment will be refundable if notified after 5th and payment will be considered non-refundable if notified after 15th.
  12. Page message support will be responded within 1-15 minutes. In most cases, if there is a delay, you need to know directly from our support center.
  13. No page message support will be provided outside of our office hours.
  14. If our representative does not know the answer to the customer’s query on the page message, it will be communicated to the designated group.
  15. In case of Facebook Boost, the boost amount must be paid in advance.
  16. Post will be “Active” for Boost within 48 hours of payment of Boost. (Time may be less or more in special cases)
